The Robert Family ensures that all Islamic requirements are strictly complied with from the beginning till the end.
Slaughtering and manufacturing processes are supervised by the Islamic Cultural Centre (ICC) and the Halal Quality Control (HQC).
Throughout Robert’s extensive experience in Halal manufacturing, the Robert Family has earned the confidence and trust of the Islamic world.
Halal slaughtering
The Robert Family closely cooperates with a number of slaughterhouses – all authorised for Halal slaughtering by the ICC and the HQC.
The slaughterhouse worker, who monitors slaughtering processes, is always a Muslim who is approved by the ICC and the HQC. All meat deliveries sent to our factory are provided with a signed Halal certificate guaranteeing that the meat is 100% Halal.
Test of products
In order to ensure and guarantee 100% pure Halal, the finished Robert products are randomly species tested by independent and external laboratories.
In this way, the quality of the products is maintained and the test also ensures that our products are completely pure and do NOT contain pork in any way.
Manufacturing of Halal products
At Robert’s factory, the entire manufacturing process is independently monitored by an Islamic supervisor approved by the ICC or the HQC.
After the approval of the production by the Islamic supervisor, a final and official Halal certificate is acquired from the ICC and the HQC.
