Robert Sandwich
Ingredients
200g Robert Chicken Luncheon Meat, minced
1 tbsp spread cheese
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp white pepper
12 bread slices
1 tbsp butter
2 lettuce leaves, shredded
1 small tomato, sliced
Garnish with olives, tomatoes and lettuce
Preparation
Luncheon Meat with mayonnaise, cheese and pepper.
Spread bread slices with butter and place the mixture on each slice.
Add lettuce, tomato and cover with another bread slice. Remove crusts.
Cut each sandwich into triangular shapes and garnish with olives, tomatoes and lettuce.
